Public Transport

Airports:
From Tegel (TXL) take the bus X9
-> go to Zoologischer Garten
-> at Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten change to
-> U2 direction Pankow
-> 1 station to go to Wittenbergplatz
-> 5 minutes to walk
-> turn left into the Nürnberger Straße

or you walk 8 minutes from Zoologischer Garten directly Kurfürstendamm/Tauenziehstrasse, turn right in the Nürnberger Straße

From Schönefeld (SXF) take the train from airport Schönefeld RE7, RB14, RB22
-> go to Zoologischer Garten ca. 1/2 hour.

with the subway you take the S-Bahn S45, S9 from airport Schönefeld to S-Bahn Station Zoologischer Garten ca. 1 hour.

at Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten change to
-> U2 direction Pankow
-> 1 station to go to Wittenbergplatz
-> 5 minutes to walk
-> turn left into the Nürnberger Straße

or you walk 8 minutes from Zoologischer Garten directly Kurfürstendamm/Tauenziehstrasse, turn right in the Nürnberger Straße

Railway Stations:
* Central station: You may take the "Regional Bahn" (regional train) RE2 (direction Rathenow), the line S7 (direction Potsdam) or the line S9 (direction Spandau) to get to Zoologischer Garten. There you change for U2 (direction Pankow) and finally leave the train at Wittenbergplatz.

* Zoologischer Garten (station at the Zoo): Take the underground U2/ direction S+U Pankow and get off at Wittenbergplatz. An five-minute walk from there.

* Ostbahnhof (Eastern Station): You take the speed railway S3/direction Friedrichshagen and get off at the S-U-station Warschauer Straße, where you take the undergound U1/ direction Uhlandstraße and ride to Wittenbergplatz.

* Lichtenberg: You can go to Alexanderplatz by several undergrounds and speed railways.
It is also possible to get on the speed railway S5 to the S and U station Warschauer Straße, where you take the U1/ direction Uhlandstraße and get off at Wittenbergplatz.

Coming from the A 24 from Hamburg or Rostock...

drive along the A 10 Berliner Ring, then the city highway A 111/direction A 100 to exit Kurfürstendamm.

-> Direction City -> Tauentzienstrasse
-> Turn right into Nürnberger Straße. No. 16 on the right is your destination.

Coming from A 2 Hannover or Magdeburg...
Coming from A 9 from Munich, Nürnberg or Leipzig...

drive along the A 10 Berliner Ring and from there the city highway A 115 until the Funkturm junction.

-> Southern ring road (Stadtring Süd) A 100 until the Kurfürstendamm exit
-> Direction City -> Tauentzienstrasse
->Turn right into Nürnberger Straße. No. 16 on the right is your destination.
